
Ingredients–
- 250 gm paneer
- 2 tsp ginger paste
- 1/4 tsp red chilli paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric paste
- 1/2 tsp crushed garam masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 bay leaves
- 1.5 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
Method –
- Mash the paneer, add a little salt and roll into balls
- Heat oil and carefully fry the paneer balls till brown
- Heat 1 tbsp oil and add the cumin seeds and bay leaves
- Add the crushed garam masala
- When aromatic, add the pastes and sauté
- Sauté till oil leaves the sides and add salt and sugar
- Add about 1.5 cups of water and bring to a boil
- Add the paneer balls
- Lower the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes
