

Ingredients-
- 1 cup ripe, mashed bananas
- 1 3/4 cup (210 gm) all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup (76 gm) softened butter
- 2/3 cup (133 gm) granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 3/4 to 1 cup roasted chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp quick oats (optional)
Method –
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Mix the flour with baking soda, baking powder, salt and set aside
- In a large mixing bowl, add the softened butter and sugar. Beat for 2 minutes
- Add the mashed bananas, eggs and milk
- Mix well
- Add the dry ingredients in 2 batches
- Mix well
- Add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts and mix well
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan
- Top with 1/4 – 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Sprinkle the oats
- Bake for 50-60 minutes
