
Ingredients–
- 500 gm prawns, cleaned and deveined
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp butter
- 8-10 cloves of garlic, chopped finely
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
Method –
- Heat a non stick pan with oil and butter
- Add the garlic cloves and sauté till aromatic
- Add the prawns and sauté till the colour becomes white
- Sprinkle chilli flakes
- Sauté for a minute and remove from heat
