Koni Alu Pitika (Mashed Potatoes and Egg Assamese Style)


  • 2 medium sized potatoes, boiled
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp mustard oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves

Method –

  1. In a large bowl, add the peeled mashed potatoes, chopped egg, green chillies, onion, mustard oil and salt to taste
  2. Mix well
  3. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves
