
Ingredients–
- 1 big bunch spinach, washed and chopped roughly
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Method –
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds
- Once the seeds splutter, add the onions and garlic
- Sauté till it changes colour
- Add the tomatoes and cook till it becomes soft
- Add the chopped spinach and corn kernels
- Cook for about 2 minutes till it wilts
- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and coriander powder
- Mix well and cook for another minute
