
Ingredients–
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs, room temperature
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1.5 cups dark chocolate chips
- 225 gm melted butter, unsalted
- 1 tbsp coffee
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Method –
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a 8*8 inch with parchment paper
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract and coffee and mix well
- Add the white and brown sugar to the mixture and mix well
- Sift cocoa powder, flour and salt into the bowl and mix until just combined
- Toss in chocolate chips and fold into the batter
- Add batter to the pan and smooth the edges
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the centre is just set
