
Ingredients–
- 1 cup paneer cubes
- 1/2 cup sweet corn kernels, boiled and drained
- 2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup boiled potato cubes
- 1/2 cup chopped spring onion whites and greens
- 1 cup deseeded chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
- 1-2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
Method –
- Heat the oil in a non stick pan
- Add the paneer cubes and sauté on medium flame for 2 minutes till light brown in colour
- Remove and set aside
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and toss gently
