Gajar Mooli Salad (Radish Carrot Salad)


  • 1 cup grated red radish
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup red onion, sliced thinly
  • 2 small green chillies, deseeded and chopped
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts, coarsely crushed
  • 1-2 tsp lime juice
  • Salt to taste


  1. Toss all the ingredients except the salt and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Just before serving, add salt and mix well
